Ivana Trump failed to leave a share of her $34 million estate to Donald - despite awarding $1.1M Miami condo and dog to former nanny

Ivana Trump failed to leave a share of her $34 million estate to ex-husband, former U.S. president Donald Trump but, awarded a $1.1M Miami condo and dog to former nanny.

Ivana Trump failed to name Donald in her will - despite leaving $1.1M Miami condo and dog to former nanny

Ivana, who married Donald in 1977, divorced 15 years later, and was said to have been left furious over her then-husband's illicit relationship with Marla Maples.

Though they later reconciled and her remains were buried on the property of one of Donald Trump's golf clubs, Ivana was seen to leave him nothing in her final will.

The 73-year-old socialite instead bequeathed a majority of her personal property, including jewelry and any funds from the sale of her collection of furs to her children, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.

Her remaining clothing was donated to the American Red Cross and Salvation Army while her Florida condo and beloved Yorkshire terrier was left to the socialite's 'friend and former nanny' Dorothy Curry.

The 1,008 square-foot condo is estimated to have the value of $1,128,078 and according to Redfin and has one bedroom, one bathroom. It was reportedly built in 2001, and was last purchased for $635,000 in 2009.

Curry, who became a lifelong friend of the Trump family after working as a nanny for the children, was also left to watch over Ivana's surviving Yorkshire terrier, Tiger Trump.

Curry spoke at her funeral last July, alluding to Ivana feeling isolated and in pain.

Ivana died at the age of 73. She was found 'unconscious and unresponsive' at the bottom of the staircase of the opulent Upper East Side townhouse at around 12.30pm July 14, 2022. Her housekeeper found her as she arrived for work and called 911.

A medical examiner determined that she died from blunt impact injuries as a result of a fall.

The Best Fish Feed in Nigeria for Catfish: Why Quality Matters

A few months ago, I visited a fish farm run by an ambitious aquapreneur who had high hopes for his homemade fish feed. His pond was large, his vision clear: this feed would cut costs, boost growth, and drive profitability.  But within a week, disaster struck. Fish floated belly-up. Growth stalled. The numbers didn’t add up.   The problem wasn’t the fish. It was the feed.   The catfish were growing exactly as they were fed: poorly. Just as fish can’t flourish on empty calories, a farm can’t succeed on subpar feed. The right nutrition makes the difference between a thriving business and a sinking investment.   In Nigeria’s competitive catfish farming industry, choosing the best feed isn’t just about cost, it’s about protein content, digestibility, floatability, and growth performance. The wrong feed leads to stunted growth, higher mortality, and lost profits. The right one maximizes yield, health, and market value.  In this article, we’ll explore:...
